Glad you enjoyed The Monument Mythos <3 I love transmedial stuff and the "hidden" things, both in subtext and in little details and types of media that are different than fictional prose (including interactive stuff like the seat reservation you mention, for example). It makes for messier stories (which is great).
If you're curious about this genre, I would rec Night Mind, a great YT channel that explains many of these series and is very active also in the production side, afaik. https://www.youtube.com/@NightMind also he has a very soothing voice. His marble hornet explained videos, although now ancient, are highly recommended.
