Snowflake Challenge #6
I will proceed in a random order.
In your own space, post the results of your fandom scavenger hunt. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
Search in your current space, whether brick-and-mortar or digital. Post a picture or description of something that is or represents:
1. A favorite character
Armin Arlert is still one of my favorite characters, not only in terms of his motifs in the story of SnK but especially in how I enjoy developing them in my stories. He's so interesting to write and he's so funny.
2. Something that makes you laugh
A panel from Kaguya-sama. No context but it's not needed: this had me laugh so much for the way it captures certain truths always valid for bourgeois-upper class solutions to problems.
3. A bookshelf
I can't keep my bookshelves in order.
4. A game or hobby you enjoy
Making ragdolls is very challenging and fun. This is Anya from Spy x Family.
5. Something you find comforting
Curiously, any depiction of Lady Bernkastel, the cruelest witch from Umineko, gives me great comfort.
6. A TV show or movie you hope more people will watch
Yeah yeah technically it's not exactly unheard of, but...
Please watch Attack on Titan. The anime adaptation is reaching its end this year and it's going to be glorious. It has very interesting themes and characters to explore in fanfic. (Yeah I will make another plea soon, probably.)
7. A piece of clothing you love
A super-warm rust alpaca coat I found in a thrift shop. (Not with me currently)
8. A thing from an old fandom
A very old Harry Potter owl which, despite my current feelings for HP, I will need to clean. Poor owl.
9. A thing from a new fandom
A Mr. Chimaera plushie for an Anya (Spy x Family) cosplay :)
I hope you found something interesting! (I found... dust.)

The good thing about Umineko is that non-commented playthroughs of the game (in different versions) are all over youtube. While playing it on your own has a value (you decide your speed, where to stop, what to go through quickly), the playthrough give you a good idea of how the visual novel is. Check out "Lambdadelto" (with an 'o') on youtube, they have all of the playthroughs for example, with different sprites (the original drawn by Ryukishi or the newest ones with the animation). The VNs (with a free mod, if you get the one on pc/mac) are also all dubbed by voice actors. (All reprise their roles in the anime I think. Also the anime keeps the same music).
